Why do you keep the products cold before shipping them?

To prevent degradation and preserve the potency of our liposomal actives. We designed our system to be highly effective and to use the minimum number and quantity of preservatives necessary to maintain stability once you receive it. Cold storing all of our products until shipped direct puts the brakes on chemical reactions that drive degradation and reduced potency.

Do the products need to be kept cold after I receive them?

No. Our system is stable at room temperature during normal use (e.g. a cool, dry place, not exposed to direct sunlight). For the best outcome, we do suggest using the system products within one month of receiving your shipment.

What if I already have a beauty fridge?

We recommend keeping the system at room temperature once you begin using it.

What if I receive my shipment but I am not ready to use it yet?

The system can be kept in a home refrigerator until you are ready to use it. Do not put the products in the freezer.

Do your products hold up to travel if I bring them with me?

Yes. Our systems have racked up lots of travel miles on planes, trains, and cruise ships in the hands of our founders and customers without issue.
