Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We keep our use of them deliberately small, and this section is our complete Cookies Policy — there is no separate document.

Essential cookies. These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems:

• Sign-in session (fu_session) — keeps you signed in to your member dashboard for up to 30 days. Set only when you log in.
• Payment processing — our payment processor, Stripe, sets cookies during checkout for payment security and fraud prevention. These are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website in aggregate — which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and where they run into trouble. Google Analytics sets cookies beginning with _ga for this purpose. This data does not identify you personally to us, and we use it only to improve the website. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and stores nothing on your device. On some pages (our home, product and campaign pages, never checkout or your account) we use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, where visitors click and how far they scroll, including recordings of page visits with anything you type hidden. Clarity sets cookies beginning with _cl, and Microsoft’s privacy statement applies. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are left out.

Advertising cookies. We use Meta’s advertising tools — the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta’s Conversions API from our servers — to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in them. These tools can send Meta information such as the pages you view, products you add to your cart or buy and their value, your IP address and browser details, Meta cookie identifiers (such as _fbp and _fbc), and, once you enter them at checkout, your email address and shipping name, city, state and ZIP code in scrambled (hashed) form. Meta may combine this with information it already holds to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta’s use of this information is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Local storage. Your browser may store small preferences locally (for example, remembering a choice you made on a page). It also remembers how you first found us, such as an Instagram link, an ad, or a search, and the page you arrived on. If you place an order, that information is saved with your order so we can see which ways of reaching people work; otherwise it never leaves your device.

What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and your payment card details are handled only by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or share them.

Managing cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent signing in and checking out.

Opting out of advertising tracking. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically switch off Meta advertising tracking for your visit, and we do not report your purchases to Meta. You can also control how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which directly or indirectly identifies you, may be stored indefinitely.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

California Privacy Rights
